Delivery
Your order will be sent to you by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery. Leather jackets will be sent by Parcelforce. International orders will be sent to you by Royal Mail International Signed for Airmail. All items will be dispatched on the working day (Monday to Friday) following our receipt of your order.
Delivery Charges are:
Order Value over £50 for UK delivery - Free
Order Value under £50 for UK delivery - £4.00 per item
Delivery to Europe - £8.00 per item
Shoe Delivery to Europe -£11.00 per item
Delivery to outside Europe - £12.00 per item
Shoe Delivery to outside Europe - £16.00 per item

When ordering from outside of Mainland Uk ALL ORDERS MUST BE PAID THROUGH PAYPAL.
Important: Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Refunds and ExchangesChristmas 2008 Gift Returns
We understand that it's difficult to shop early for Christmas if you're worried the gift may turn out to be unsuitable. Most shops and websites make no allowance for this in their terms and conditions. We make it really easy and give you total peace of mind:
YOU CAN RETURN ANY PURCHASE MADE FROM 9TH NOVEMBER 2008 FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE, PROVIDED IT REACHES US BY WEDNESDAY 7TH JANUARY 2009, AND ALL OF OUR RETURNS CONDITIONS BELOW ARE MET. CHRISTMAS SHOPPING IS EASIER AT APACHEONLINE.
We have a no fuss refund and exchange policy. If you decide your purchase doesn't suit you or it doesn't fit then we will refund or exchange it. All we ask is that you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and return it in the same condition that we sent it, unworn and with all the original tags attached. We cannot refund your postage costs for returns. Please note that goods sold at ½ price cannot be exchanged or refunded. Also please be aware that if you wish to exchange due to the size being wrong, we will have to charge you the postage again.

If you require a refund then we will process that on the day we receive the item from you. Please note it may take up to a week for the money to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights and is in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive.

Payment
We accept Credit Card and Debit Card payments via our website or by telephone order.
Cards we accept, (MasterCard / Visa / Visa Delta / Visa Electron / Maestro / Solo / Switch/Amex). We also accept Paypal for all orders.
The goods will be delivered once the customer's funds that have been paid to Apacheonline.co.uk have cleared in full.
Order Notes
Please note that all transactions will be carried out in Sterling. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers. Apacheonline monitor prices on a daily basis.
We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions, or human error. This website operates on an 'invitation to treat' basis and not as an 'offer for sale' as a result, Apacheonline reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases.
