US, EU and international delivery options

Please note: any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
At ApacheOnline.co.uk we believe every customer should be able to track & trace every order from the moment it leaves the UK, all the way to their door. This includes international customers.
For this service we use International Signed For from Royal Mail where Items receive priority handling in the UK and abroad and are electronically tracked to the point of delivery. You can check the progress of your item by logging onto www.royalmail.co.uk and clicking the track my order button, there you will be presented with the unique code and a link to the Royal Mail web site, enter the code and you can track your order internationally. Alternatively, you can telephone 0845 609 2609 with the code and you will be updated with progress of your parcel.
If you or another authorized person is not available to sign for your parcel the delivery will be attempted again or a card with the local collection details will be left for your attention.
PLEASE NOTE: All deliveries must be received and signed for. We cannot leave your parcel unattended or with someone else incase of theft, loss or damage.
International orders are charged as follows:
• Europe: £13.00 per item. Please allow 4-5 working days for delivery
• Rest of the world: £18.00 per item. Please allow 10-14 working days.
